Day of Event
The Day of the Event package is perfect for the client who has everything planned, wants to do all of the front-end work, and just needs a little help from a Subtle Changes consultant in making sure all of the big plans go exactly as imagined during the event. This package has a flat rate.
The Cocoon
Partial Planning
The Partial Planning package is for those who wants to do most of the work themselves. They do their own leg work with vendors and service providers, based upon the event consultant’s direction. This client simply needs support from Subtle Changes to make their event as perfect as they imagined. This package has an hourly rate.
The Butterfly
Full Planning
The Full Planning package is for the client who wants it all, but doesn’t want the hassle of doing it themselves. The authority to make all of the decisions remain with the client, but the majority of the work is done by the Subtle Changes consultant. The client and the consultant will work closely through the entire process. This package has a flat rate.

Petite Parties
Taking the time to gather with friends and family is one of the most cherished aspects of life. This social gathering, or get-together, for 20 or fewer people will allow you an opportunity to unite and connect with those who make you smile. In our busy lives, moments to chill in a relaxing environment are priceless. Let us help you destress and refresh by planning an event of this kind, from start to finish, giving you the look and feel you desire. This service has a flat rate.
Brunch Breaks & Dinner Dates
Whether a date between couples or a few friends, this service gives you everything you’re yearning. You secure a location and we will take care of everything else – choosing either a brunch or dinner affair. We will create an intimate setting for 2-8 guests to enjoy. It includes a personal chef who will assist with menu options and prepare the meal. This service has a flat rate, excluding the cost for food. Food costs are based on the chosen menu and the number of guests.
Do me a Favor
So, your event is all planned and you’re ready to go! But wait, have you thought about the favors you’ll give your guests? Favors are small gifts given to the guests at your event as a gesture of thanks for their attendance. Our favors are well thought out, based on the theme and/or type of event you’re having. They are beautifully packaged and personalized to make every guest feel appreciated. This service has a flat rate, based on the type of favor chosen and the number of favors needed.
